RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

Customers may withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To request a return, contact us before sending the item back.

Please include your order number and the item you would like to return.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • Returned with original tags and packaging where applicable

Items that are damaged, worn, washed, or no longer in resellable condition may not be eligible for a refund.

RETURN SHIPPING

For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Do not send products back before receiving return instructions from 387.

REFUNDS

Once a return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the outcome.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Payment processing times can vary depending on the payment provider.
